was pretty sure thats a mod for terminal?

anyways

I use notepad++
but there are some nice plugins for sublime text 2 such as simple ftp uploading and more, as well as customization
I suggest trying them both, they're my favorites

I code HTML emails for a living, so Sublime Text 2 is perfect for my needs.

Top 10 Best Free Web Editors for Windows according to: http://webdesign.about.com/od/windowshtmleditors/tp/free-windows-editors.htm

I use Notepad++ and now HTML-Kit. I really enjoy HTML-Kit so far as it gives me side by side code comparison, tabs, color coded text, shows color hexadecimal codes in in the text. i.e. #000000 shows up as black or #ffffff shows up as white, etc.
