For the last few months, I have been stalked by people somehow. They are using my speakers or electronics as a way to project their voices towards me. I have no idea who they are or how exactly they are doing it. They are literally putting voices into my head, and not letting me have any silence or thoughts to myself. I have been tracked 24/7 somehow. I do not know if they are tracking me by my phone or by my other electronics. I have had my school email passwords changed, my facebook account deactivated, then reactivated by the same people the next day. I know they can see me when I am looking at my phone, or through my laptop camera. I know they accessed the info from my old sim cards which i dont have anymore. Pictures, texts etc. I have literally not had a second of privacy in 3 months. Its like they are also projecting white noise towards my ears, and not letting me sleep at night. I have been given a lot of false stories about how they are doing it, and have barely any proof of anything. The only thing i have right now is a charge on my debit card when I was hospitalized, which i know was not me. the only reason i have not gone to the cops or anything like that, is because I have no proof they are stalking me 24/7. I have tried researching this myself, but could not find anything concrete to go off of. I have also tried recording what is said, but am not left alone long enough to tell if it's live or recorded voices in it.
That is literally the shortest story possible, but they know things only I should know. Things that happened years ago, and things I was doing when I was not around anyone else.

Perhaps you should keep a diary of what you do everyday, this way you can go back and clarify any confusion of what you did.
