Hm.. Not 100% sure if its your code (since I can't really read it), or a firewall issue.

From what I've been reading on google search results it seems like it could be a firewall / antivirus issue.

Have you tried disabling windows firewall and your anti-virus?

yep that was router/firewall issue blockin a port t4t
