Precisely what I thought, plus the course load was way different. I did not really like it. I rather do Computer Science. So I'm finding different schools. Of which, I think I found one that is relatively priced too and within my distance.

gpc.edu

I'd rather go to

gsu.edu

but too expensive and commute would be a bitch everyday.

Do you have any local community colleges? You could see if they have any 2+2 programs , where you'll take most of your entry level and gen-ed courses at the community college (2 years), and the more intensive classes (2 years) will be at the 4-year institution. You save a lot of money and could end up with an AAS and a BS when you're done. However, if you do this, try to test out of anything (beginner level math, english, etc.) you can. Saves even more time and money.

this is what I did. I took all my "bullshit classes" at a community college that is associated with the 4 year college I went to (so there wouldn't be any credit transfer problems).
