wow this guy is a fruitcake, I can't even extract the "rules".
But it seems like if the values of the letter is sequential (with the alphabet) then just use the ascii value with constant as correction.

I got about four minutes into that video before I got confused on what the fuck he is trying to tell me. Also I could barely read his paper.
