No one in my math classes used Wolfram Alpha :-(

The professors I had for calc 1 and 2 basically shoved it down our throats

Learning how to read and write code and program? I'd love to learn but have no idea where to start. This would have to be entirely self taught and practiced as I have no time to take classes. Thanks.

I would highly recommend using the Coursera courses, as they have pretty much every level taught by real professors and it's 100% free... BUT if you feel like you don't have the time for classes you most likely won't have the patience to learn code...

If you decide to learn, make sure you have an idea of what you want to code (ex. Games, websites, apps, etc) and then ask a few people what they would recommend as the easiest starter for that type of code.

If you go site building or anything I would also make sure to learn Security...maybe even take some courses from online hacking sites such as Hackthissite.org or something to be sure you aren't leaving obvious gaps in your script.

Where do your interests in programming derive from?
What kind of programs/application do you want to make?

There are an infinite number of starting places when it comes to programming, and despite what some people may tell you there are several good first languages.
