ctrl alt delete is hard

this is what a person like you would do to accomplish what you need

Start>Run>Regedit>OK
navigate to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\ Desktop
highlight desktop,on the right pane of the regedit you will see REG_SZ entry AutoEndTasks
right click it and select modify, change value data to 1 click ok and close
restart computer
