Oki now need like this a formula to paint the cells or numbers from M2 to M5000 or however long the database is into number determined colors:
0 Green
1 Orange
2 Purple
3 Red

just use the same idea you did for the conditional formatting earlier...

figured out the above part just need the colors thingy now

and a way to copy the formula to the entire M column without needing to reenter range for each row

I Have 4500 rows i cant manualy type the RANGE for each row and cell to give the result in

copy the cell, then "paste format" on all the cells you want

yep but on the first cell the range will be A1:K1

and in row 35 the M line cells formula range A35:K35

If i could like say to the M cells formula "CHEK THE CELLS FROM 12 CLICKS TO YOUR LEFT to 2 CLICKS TO YOUR LEFT" then the formula could be the same for all cells

NOTHING that I did in all my examples above require to you to customize anything for new rows. Simply copy the formulas and formats from the rows above. Anything else would be retarded...
