I don't agree. I use both Sublime and Visual Studio, and as you said, Sublime is just a text editor, it doenst compile, but its features are very good, though I still prefer to code on visual studio, since i need to compile C# code as well.

I use notepad++ for web dev. I install my own plug ins for tags, c# isn't the best for html in my use. I use c# for c. gl bro But I would say if ur building it by urself as you learn it will be a scribble compared to a masterpiece
