sublime doesn't allow you to create custom keyboard shortcuts or extensions that do that?

I use notepad++ for web dev. I install my own plug ins for tags, c# isn't the best for html in my use. I use c# for c. gl bro But I would say if ur building it by urself as you learn it will be a scribble compared to a masterpiece
