You can attach 98 more devices/websites to your google account. You can't revoke the 98 others because they are open slots. You have 2 things already attached, which you noted. Now some simple math:

98 + 2 = 100.

I've found what you are looking at and mine seems in order. The number of authorized sites matches what's in the list. This seems to be a problem on google's end, you should file a support request.

the 2 android login services are my 2 android phones, no question there
i can't find the 98 websites that i "authorized" since i only use this account on my phone, i use another google account for general use

and i did call google about this, and they said google offers no support since it's a free service

I expected that to happen. I've got 20 authorized sites and they are all in that list. I have no fucking clue what's wrong with yours and unfortunately it looks like it's on google's end so if they wont help you it appears that you are shit out of luck.
