You know you can buy a cheap web host that provides free MySQL databases for under $4/mo

IMO, either make a database, or don't do dynamic at all.

Not from states so the prices are little different. But ya, still pretty low amounts.

sounds to me like they are cheap asses, if theyare a company they should be able to afford 8-10$/month for a hostgator account with cpanel.
unless you want to write it to an xml file, i wouldnt suggest doing it at all.

It is a non profit association, not a company.

Will mostlikely ask the provider how much will it cost to add database for service as it seems like its too much work without one.

What do you mean not from states? You mean the US? Because I'm in the US and pay less than $4/mo

Sure you could. But what kind of service uptime you can provide? How about ping, bandwidth, security and daily backups?

what part of it makes it dynamic if there's no way to persist data once the session ends?

SQLite

saves information in data, while still using sql syntax. better performance and no limits on databases/ access. Also often used for mobile phones or applications with low security standards.

Looking into this now and looks pretty nice if it works how I want it to work.

Should be useful for most applications :)
but I mean you got enough databases on webspaces anyway.

you sound like someone who has no idea about anything, but just learned about nosql so you think it's the answer to this thread, when it really doesn't have anything to do with anything

anyway @OP if your provider doesn't have any database, just use a txt file for shit
