you either have to:

delete the old drivers, and hope that the system will actually load without drivers in some shitty limited fashion (and you can just use the system to install the new drivers).

use the windows repair option and hope it reinstall the correct drivers (not sure if this will work)

or just do a regular reinstall (and I hope you have a full copy of the OS, and not some shitty OEM disk, which might not work).

If you had known this was going to happen, there is something you could have done to prepare you system for the switch, but since your board died unexpectedly (I assume), that is not an option.

so i need the windows 7 disk again??

See if you had changed your sound card... then your soundcard would not work when you first booted up, but then you would just install the drivers for it, and it would work...
however you changed the motherboard.... its too central to your system, it will not work without a motherboard....

That is what I would do. When it boots, choose repair and pray that works. If it don't work, do a reinstall.

you can't install software onto an OS, from another OS.
you can delete files and copy files
This is what I meant by booting from a friendly media to delete the drivers (delete files).
