I'm going to recommend that you start off learning how to program. I can't recommend Python enough as a great starting language that you can even move on to creating games with using PyGame or Pyglet. Try this:

Alright, what should I do after I finished that? Will I ever need to learn C/C++?

If you want to do real game development (i.e. in the actual gaming industry), most likely. If you want to do Android/iPhone games, or browser-based stuff, not as likely.

But you're jumping ahead of yourself here. You haven't finished that, and so your question is basically irrelevant.

Just learn how to program first. After you get a good grasp on Python get PyGame and play around with their tutorials. But seriously:

LEARN. TO. PROGRAM. FIRST.

You aren't doing yourself any favors by trying to jump right into writing a game without actually knowing the basics (and more) of programming. Simple things in game development will seem insurmountable and will frustrate you due to your lack of experience. Basically just push the idea of making a functional and complicated game out of your brain for a while and focus on learning the tools of the trade first.
