You have to be more detailed.
What kind of layout do you want?
Do you want any external functions on the website like ads, purchase forms or mail?
Do you have a server to put it on?
Do you have a domain?
How much fg are you willing to spend?
Also, I dont think you should speak so loudly about trading with real currency.
I have some templates that i can sell cheap and help you install them via FTP and SSH (And embed images and text to them, maybe a mail form to if you wish), but i need you to set up a server and point a domain to it.
If you have a server with a domain, i can set it up for a cheap price. And i can also agree with you paying afterwards.
