Just finished the program, and i get 100x speed up solving the ODE using an Array for all parameters. Pretty neat. I want to start programing in C but i am not sure where to even start

so you still got a matlab program? you now just need to transform it to c-code, right?

Yeah, it is a matlab program i wrote

i just got visual studio to begin playing with c#, i am starting the tutorials on it tomorrow when i get back in the swing of things
