I know enough to know that people in this side of the forum have no care for helping unless it entails $400+ which seems un reasonable. but ohwell

Does this have to be in VB? I have no experience in the language, but I'm sure I could learn it enough to do this... but not for 1.5k. I'll do it in VB for 6k, or in Java for 2.5k.

i imagine this is vb.net, so you can code it in c# just fine. for the most part java syntax will work just fine in c#, just use different libraries.

combind the project basically or if you could code it in C# I would gladdy give you 2.5k for the project.

btw you can try using Bing Maps, thats more related to vb,microsoft.
