Need help to build a proffessional website.
This website will include things like:

Login system;
Maps routeplanner;
Uploadable pictures(making it smaller in size in mbs to kbs);
Distance counter from zip codes;
Categories;
Country map with clickable provinces;

The website needs to be very simple to use for young and old.

You're looking for a front end and back end developer, to find someone with both skills you may be looking at 40$/hr or more unless you find someone who can take a already build CMS (wordpress) and modify it to your purpose.
