My assignment is due this Thursday, but I also have to study for my midterms that I have the day before. I'm a bit behind in my java class because I also have to work full time to pay for my tuition.

Anyone available to assist me with my assignment either tomorrow around 9PM EST or Wednesday at 10:30 PM EST?

I need someone to assist me with my assignment tonight via skype. I don't want the answer flat out, I want to be able to know what code I am writing and why, or find out what I am doing wrong.

Nothing wrong with asking for someone to hold his hand over the phone. It just limits who can help him. Though, hiring a tutor with $$ is probably a better option.

I am not sure if this is an issue, but developers should get used to having people looking at their code.

I could maybe see someone who was uncomfortable doing that.


Or, they just don't want to post it online because their prof/uni will find it (much more likely)

Either way, I would imagine most people who can offer help around here are full time devs with limited time (I know I barely have any time to myself these days). Asking for 1on1 via skype is just a bit unrealistic.
