I have absolutely 0 experience in java script html etc. How difficult will my life be trying to build a website.. even with Dreamweaver is it worth the purchase? I mean not that i couldnt sit there and
read tutorial after tutorial, pros and cons for a noob. Thanks fellas

dreamweaver costs over 1k iirc. just use that 1k to pay someone to make the site.

you can use Visual Studio, theres a express version thats free for use.

Go to www.codecademy.com and learn how to code with a notepad if you really want to start making websites.
Dreamweaver/Visual Studio/Nvu are all shit imo. Sublime Text is the best editor, by far.

Be patient, learning to code takes time, but it's really fun.
Lmk if you have any questions about html/css/javascript/php :)

haha, thats literately what im doing man, i just broke down and and researching a lot of script.. but the site im using is breaking it down pretty decently. Im gonna take a look at code academy i appreciate the feedback

If you don't necessarily have / want to code your own website there are website builders out there like wordpress, weebly, joomla and drupal. They don't require any coding and they're pretty easy to use but still allow you to build a professional looking website.

I don't agree. I use both Sublime and Visual Studio, and as you said, Sublime is just a text editor, it doenst compile, but its features are very good, though I still prefer to code on visual studio, since i need to compile C# code as well.
