You must implement a screen for the registration (respectivelly) from

The app must contain tags and elements from STRUTS, HTML, DOM (AND
OTHER LANGUAGES IF NECESSARY).

The app must also have the functions INSERT, SELECT, UPDATE AND REMOVE to teachers,
departments and disciplines.

does it have to use Struts?

are you taking a java class or something? maybe post in in the java section.

You can use java IF you feel like using java.

Basically, all you have to use is: strus, html/css, dom/javascript.

Anythign else is a plus.

Errata:

You MUST use STRUTS and JBDC (to make the conection with a database) as was told before.
And you should use htlm/css, DOM/javascript (for designing/assisting purposes) i suppose.

Everything else is optional.
