I have just got a new urge to make an APP for some reason.
I want it to have something to do with League of Legends
But I have no clue or even a place to start... What programs do I need?
What stuff do I have to find?
How can I make it?
Can anyone help me with this stuff??

because you sound impulsive. you get the urge to do it and want to do it immediately. and i assume "some reason" means "no real reason". it is going to take you years to make anything similar to league of legends, not days. i have the feeling your urge will go away long before then.

or are you saying you want to make a non-game app? that's a bit more realistic, especially if it's simple. either way, you need to start learning how to program in general before you learn how to make iphone games.
