I know it is for the sig since i used to have one. I've heard some people have that for the avatar. Don't care enough to google or write it out though.

I think they're talking about d2jsp vs a different server, not ava vs sig on different servers

btw, it won't be javascript, this is something server side
I can build you this, but it won't have a fancy upload UI and you'll have to host it yourself
and it won't be a common web server so you wouldn't find cheap hosting
