Looking for a 1 time payment or free software. No smartphone/tablet apps.
Needs to be PC to PC.

Logmein pro has been awesome, but at around $450 a year for the bundle I need is pretty pricey.

Will donate if you solve all my problems.

Thanks information is hard to find on it. Seems like you have to contact sales department to get any real information and that's just seems like bad business to me.
Thanks for that link though.

Yea teamviewer is ok for helping a friend out or something. I need HD quality, without any lag.
Example: Playing Diablo 3 on the remote pc, just as if it was in front of you.

All the programs i've used have lags, unfortunatly. I don't even know if theres a lag free program. Ive used logmein, teamviewer and webwex, all of them the performace was very bad =/

No such thing exists. Computers have enough trouble rendering video games smoothly to a monitor via a hardware line.

I don't know how you can sanely expect to be able to get remotely similar performance from streaming through the Internet.

True, but theres a program for computer for playing games, where you buy not the digital copy, but you buy the rights to play the game on your account over the internet, and the rendering is very smooth, but the delay was like half a second with my internet. I wonder how they managed to do that. This is the website, if you want check it out Irimi: http://www.onlive.com/

That's because it's an entirely different architecture that's built for specifically doing this, not to mention that they don't have the severe limitation that most home users have of upstream bandwidth.

OnLive does a completely different thing than what the OP is asking for here. They may look similar on the surface, but they couldn't be further apart from each other underneath.
