I think that few fines is not fine at all.

until the people that hire undocument immigrants are jailed, they'll continue to hire them because its cheaper to do so even with fines levied against them.

This is one reason why i support lower amounts of immigration, both legally and illegally. The migrants just tend to get used and abused by the system.

We never got rid of it fully. Ever work as a family farm hand? I don't think child labor is morally bad, just depends on what they are doing and context, mentoring, etc. Wonder how many farm kids participate in slaughter.

This case in particular is pretty nasty though, pretty clear case of abuse of immigrant workers. Where the hell are these kids parents?

Sorry but one question that might sound dumb: these children are foreign nationals. I know that morally speaking what they are being made to do is despicable, but legally speaking, is there a crime? I mean they are not Americans. American laws and protections shouldn't apply to them.

There should be heavy sanctions and jail time against anyone employing a foreign invader.
Possibly treason charges.

Build the damn wall already. Illigals should be fined and deported just like the rest of the world. So I don't have to read stories like these
