There certainly would be considerations to ensure that people don't simply come to the US on a vacation come November just to vote, and so I'm just talking about the general idea that is my position.



I'm unsure why you're being rude, especially one would think that a benefit to PaRD is knowing that there will be people of differing perspectives here.



They do pay taxes, utilize a healthcare, education, and justice system, and make contributions to society. And, if you want people who come to the US to be pro-social, then we should give them the opportunities to do so.

The problem is , there are interest groups and agents that can be planted in the US ( it applies to countries around the world as well ) for the longest time. It was a lot easier to deal with such interference in the past. But the internet , social media etc etc have made it easier to influence opinions.
This is even more apparent for the social media savvy younger generation.
Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter etc etc.

Therefore , there is a much greater risk moving forward.
