I think is usa
a combination of economic power and leverage, military power, population, form of government, diplomatic standing and infrastructure in countries supplying critical resources for the future, the entire world being uniquely dependent on their labour and production...
granted, i think it's close between them and the US. both of them are, without a doubt, the two single most powerful countries in the world at this point - but china is on the rise while america is on the decline (not only due to unprecedented internal division and a significantly smaller population, but also because an outright authoritarian regime like china's has a much easier time developing a massive country in a certain direction and projecting its power outwards, without having to worry about domestic dissent).
i wouldn't blame anyone for saying it's america, strictly based on metrics like GDP and military spending, but imo "power" is more than just a few select stats. if your question is "who would win a conventional (obviously as soon as the full arsenal is involved literally everyone loses immediately) war" though, i'd definitely say the US, with again only china coming even remotely close.
hope that answers your question.
