It is called deconstructionism, a postmodernist term which means pretty much what you may think it means.

Everything that rational people understand about various truths whether its about race, religion, etc goes out the window. The postmodern ideology believes that the truths we all know are in part responsible for one group dominating another. Experience is the truth, and if you try and tell them the real truth then theyll call you all sorts of names because you dont care about their experience (which they see as the truth).
