As we all know turning the world into a state of perpetual slavery very much like Tsuki no Me, is Putinists ultimate goal. However Russian army is the weakest in the world but also actually pose a serious danger to all of Europe, US, and the other planets on our solar system. It isn't only humans, but everything that is living that they want to conquer and enslave.

Russian soldiers don't have eyes and ears, which explains why their invasion of Ukraine happened stochastically. It is why APCs, tanks, planes moved completely randomly. But I also have a theory on how they will conquer everything, all they need to do is gain access to sharingans using hanzo's eye steal techniques. This explains how they will take all of Europe and afterwards the US which in essence would fulfill Tsuki no Me plans of Putinists.

Who needs a sharingan when your army is immune to tactical nukes?

Good question, one I have thought about a lot the last 25 years. My conclusions so far has been to use Izanagi/Izanami, because that way they can nullify US nukes.

I prefer using Kate bushin Harem no Jutsu. It is 100% effective.
