Are we really prepared for a 30% or higher haircut of the workforce once automation begins to creep in? The couple thousand billionaires on Earth are essentially set to rake in more of the pot and probably don’t have any plans or willingness to relinquish it. What solutions do we have? Surely there won’t be an adequate number of new jobs to replace all of these lost to automation, considering that many of the jobs lost will be low to mid skill and new jobs replacing those will have higher skill barriers.

The ultra rich already have too much control.
