I used to write people off like this too, claiming they made their own bed, they should have to sleep in their own shit. But I consider communists and most leftoids to have the brain of a child. Children often don't have the ability to recognize the effect their actions have on the world, and must be disciplined and corrected. In this case, an entire ideology designed to turn what would be mature, autonomous and sovereign adults and households into children of the state has infected an entire country, and threatens to do the same to America. Commies must be dragged into the light by force, or put down if they can't find their way.
