If you want certain populations of people to die out with out preproducing then it's a "good thing."

I don't know if you've heard, but the liberals are going to "opt out" of these types of laws, so it should be pretty clear what population it's going to be.

I think it's pretty obvious that the more sex a population of people is having that the more population growth there would be.
