Runoffs, and races in Georgia in general, are all about turnout. Dems have built an impressive machine in Atlanta in recent years and Warnock is really good at appealing to his base. Getting the low propensity, spread out white rural base of the GOP to turn out for this election is much more difficult. Georgia is probably a state where the swap of college- for non-college-whites really bites the GOP in the ass in midterm or runoff environments.
And like others have said, Walker is a piss-poor candidate, far below replacement level.
