So far very little is known, but we do know that the Biden administration has pierced the first amendment and started raiding the homes of multiple journalists, opposing politicians and pundits on an overtly political basis, without underlying criminal action. We've had presidents tussle with whistleblowers and leaks and trying to force journalists to disclose sources, but this kind of stormtrooper escalation was only enabled by how Julian Assange and Edward Snowden were treated. One that door was open, this was inevitable. Totalitarian authoritarianism isn't a bell that gets unrung

There is very little known about this. It is extremely odd that this happened months ago and nobody has even seen the guy since. Well, no colleagues or neighbors have seen or heard from him. I would like some follow up with his family. This may be nothing, but so far it is very sketchy based on what we do know.

Completely ignoring post #2 because there are no criminal charges in either incident like this. Simply investigative journalists raided and having their work stolen from them, essentially silencing the story.

I sent them a link to this subforum and some usernames as a joke but if they even spend 30 seconds looking at web history they'll have plenty of material

So if the story is true.
They investigated him on the possibility that he had classified material on his laptop.
I know the R like classified info free'd to anyone that just thinks about it, but against the gov't searching for this. Maybe trump thought about it and willed it to be ok on this guys computer.. If so I understand the frustration.
