The radical right Supreme Court denied hearing arguments for legally allowing personhood at conception.

Wait I though……

So nobody is going to admit the Supreme Court is just the Supreme Court but with a couple more Republican voters than usual?

What who's denying?
They just recently claimed that the issue wasn't theirs's to decide that it was up to individual states.
now the R politician can swap their "reasoning" within weeks but as stated before. They need a little more time to do a 360 flop.

I remember in a distant time when the Supreme Court was going to take every opportunity given to put women into the kitchen and possibly shackles. The United States was going to transform into a Netflix special about women slaves (literally every corporate media outlet said this over and over for months). We had to go so far as to allow illegal protests and assassination attempts to convince the judges to change their minds. Women all over the nation were going to die every day in back alley coat hanger abortions (I still have a running open bet to anybody who can show me one example of this) (also see my other thread where one of you guys showed me evidence that women were in fact dying, but inadvertently proved that many more lives were saved with Texas’ new law than has all the women aborted). We were going to live in a world where interracial marriage, gay marriage, and even birth control were illegal. Every justice except one said there is no way this will lead to any of this nonsense, yet many of you still claimed they will jump on any opportunity to hear cases to further their extreme agenda.

I am not sure if you specifically spouted this bullshit, but I am inclined to think you did due to your passionate defense of on demand abortion until birth in my first ever topic on this forum where I posted the bill that would mandate this on a federal level.

In short, we were told constantly, every single day after the Dobbs leak, months before the decision, that all of this gobbledygook was going to become real life ASAP, yet here we are where the justices are doing exactly what they said they would, which is just their job with no radical pro life agenda.

Your opinion isnt what your post is about.
And I have said many times that there shouldn’t be an up to birth allowance for abortions. Don’t know where that comes from. But this post isn’t about my opinion. It’s about the stance of the SCOTUS.
Nice diary thread though. Save that for later
They said the legality of this wasn’t for them to decide as it wasn’t a constitutional issue.. I think that was just a few months ago

I stated the common expressions among every corporate media source besides fox, as well as pointing out conversation that happened here in this forum.

Absolutely nothing in that post was my opinion. I said things that happened. So in that sense, you are correct. This post isn’t about my opinion. It is about things that were shouted constantly for months, and then what is actually happening.

only in america you can find people arguing in 2022 about abortion.

of course, 100% of anti-abortion are christian men. christian memes.

Life starts at conception, there's no debate.
