That being said, the set armorer and the 1st AD certainly share some liability for a loaded weapon being unknowingly placed in an actor's hands. Some sort of civil liability for Baldwin, being the one who pulled the trigger? Sure. Murder? FOH.
I don't even know if civil liability is appropriate for Baldwin honestly.
This incident from what I read seemed like it fell on the the execs who over worked them to the point they can't do their job safely.
