Like it'd be one thing if this was a one off example but with Biden it's literally every other time he's on camera.
Even dating back to his 2020 campaign, Biden's handlers knew that it's best to hide him in his basement as much as possible and only let him talk publicly in extremely preordained and controlled settings.
But to be fair, Trump's mental decline throughout his presidency was also very noticeable, he just started his presidency from a higher baseline than Biden. Then again, there are also guys like Chuck Grassley who are as sharp as ever at age 89...
The presidency is such a meatgrinder though that I would definitely support an age limit somewhere between 65 and 70.
