Fresh cows milk from a farm is the best choice.
Plus it tastes way better, so rich and creamy.
Also, goats milk is even better.
Try it.
boil it w/ saigon cinnamon, fresh mint, culinary lavender or any flower petal of your choice, and add maple + honey when cooling. the spices/herbs allow for the A proteins to become digestable again.
I never drink milk plain from the cart because of that bleaching process + strange "vitamin D"(mannitol sourced) additives.
