I've been wondering for quite some time why wokists tend to believe that you can just change gender by getting on hormones and get operated. It couldn't be further from the truth.
Why do these naive leftists feel the need to lie to the mentally sick individuals when all they really need is mental help and not physical falsehood?

Because lots of people don't want to aknowledge their mental issues and seek professional help to get through them. Not saying trans is wrong or right to me its alien concept I steer clear off, however when society is pressed to accomodate this by making avg Joe use their made up pronouns and other bs like one university having 5 bathrooms side by side for males/females/trans/furries/attack helicopters or w.e it becomes dogshit circus.
