Is it true as a US Territory or some might say Colony that they are considered second class citizens and do not have voting rights or representation in Congress?

I find this video made by these Australians to be quite entertaining. What do my USA friends on JSP thinks?

True or False

Puerto Rico is the richest region in Latin America by GDP (PPP) per capita.

The United States took Puerto Rico out of Spanish control and in a hundred years made it the richest Latin American region on the planet. We aren't comparing Puerto Rico to wealthy trading colonies with 400+ years of history (i.e. New England), we're comparing it against its regional peers.

That is true if you compare it with regional peers.

i cant help but think how funny it is australia is putting out these things. found out aussie cops write kids as low a 10 years old covid tickets that carry a 1000 $ fine. thats ok though they gona figure out some way the kids can work it off. just isnt right if a commie nation doesnt have kid camps.

any way perto rico vote i duno ? evey year? to become a state, go independent. or stay a territory. not saying voting really works/legit.
