I don’t think it’s education

It’s society, entry level jobs are expected to pay like people with experience

complacency all around
pay for your grades
so you may warm an office chair in front of a computer that does the thinking for you
get punished for behaving human
whimper cause you wanted to become more than what you are
grin and bear the next day, repeat cuz debt

Most of what you complained about falls on the parents and society, not the educational system.

The educational system does fail people. I watch it fail everyday. Usually it is that we are using so many resources on people that don’t want them, don’t need them, or just refuse to use them. Then we don’t have anything left for the people that do.

I know USA have one of the best private universities in the World.
Question is, why the United States do not have public Universities that are comparable or close to the Private ones that perhaps do not cost that much for the general public and it doesn't cost as much so that kids from under privileged backgrounds can have a shot at improving their lives.

Are educators in non private sector underpaid?

In regards to parents and society, does the current state of US media, doesn't matter if it is left or right , new or traditional media have so much impact and having a detrimental impact on society that it created problems that are irreversible?

Lets see what lessons we can learn from the high schools with the best outcomes in the nation and apply those lessons more broadly.

Educators are not really underpaid. For the most part, their income aligns with the median income in the areas. This is not the case in some cities where cost of living is extremely high like Seattle. This is where a lot of the strikes and bitching comes from.

The problems are not irreversible. I don’t think these influencers/streamers/artists quite realize how much impact they have on kids. As for society, people just need to be informed. If we can’t produce information without a bias then at least leave the decisions to the people dealing with the problem.

Every hour that a teacher spends telling their students about genitals, made up genders, and whiny race-crap is an hour or not spent teaching math, science, or communication skills to prepare them for a functional adulthood in the workforce.

Kids are going to be doing a loooooot of unskilled minimum wage work and it’s honestly sad and preventable. Or just end up doing drugs til they OD at the ripe old age of 26.

Raise kids right with discipline and traditional values, fire crap teachers, vote out school boards. That’s the short term solution. Long term, it’s too late for many they are screwed up beyond screwed up and their best bets are permanent housing in insane asylums or living at home with their parents permanently. We messed up 3 generations so it’ll take at least 3 more to fix it.

tax taker school is indoctrination, a prison system pumping out democrats because the teach is a tax take. ya its been going to crap for decades. but you got to get to college before you can really get to be a lunatic.
