WASHINGTON, July 13 (Reuters) - The Biden administration said on Wednesday that refusing to fill prescriptions for drugs that could be used to terminate a pregnancy could violate federal law, regardless of various state bans on the procedure.

Congress should decide this issue rather than leave it to pharmacies to "prove their innocence".
The Biden administration is effectively telling some States that choosing to disallow certain medications, which the Supreme Court has given these States the power to do, will leave them afoul of "other" Federal Laws.

This will leave pharmacies between a rock and a hard spot. Should the follow State laws, or Federal laws in this instance.
This decision should not be dropped on pharmacies. Their job is NOT law, their job is filling prescriptions.

It's Congress' job to make this decision. And, like other issues, they just aren't doing their jobs.

So if there is no protection federally but it is ok per the state. You're saying that the prescription should be unavailable in a store in states where abortion is illegal?
Don't know that I disagree but trying to figure out what the action is supposed to be.
Seems confusing.

Can't have that. - Democrats and Republicans both.
