Should it be legalized everywhere in the united states?
Does it promote human trafficking?

That would depend on the community, I reckon. I'm of about 56,000 minds on this subject and haven't come to a concrete opinion.

I would assume if you can provide all the requisite STD/STI screening, provide adequate birth control, aka 99.999% assurance of no pregnancy, and safety for both parties involved? Sounds semi-reasonable.

Note: Male or Female prostitute is inconsequential. I'd rather have legal prostitutes safely conducted than welfare whores that steal the fruit of my labor without so much as putting out. :)

It's unethical. Should not be legal. And we should learn more about it in school why it is unhealthy on a philosophical and psychological level. And that's the problem, that we don't.

i'd like to hear it articulated why it's unethical without invoking religion, but i never have heard anything i found convincing. i personally find sex work distasteful but recognize i'm not the arbiter of good taste. this literally is a "my body, my choice" issue unlike abortion which is not strictly their body alone.

Should there be an age requirement?
Certification?
Lab tests?
Limitations of advertising the sex work?

how is it unethical?

I do agree it should be discussed more in schools (there are alot of ideas not discussed in schools though).
