What changes has your govt made recently that made your life easier/better?

Covid is the ultimate excuse for politicians with no recovery plan to sit and do nothing while they watch inflation push hard working citizens into financial hardship...

Of course the "pandemic isn't over" and we need to think about "the next pandemic" since these politicians can't shine without crisis.

But I ask, what is actually happening in the world that makes you proud of left-politics? Is a win for LGBTQ2+ also a win for you? Is an extra $50 at the pump or for your groceries a win against Russia? Do you actually believe that? Why or why not?

Nothing, nada, nip, nil, neigh.

Rural electrification was pretty good. People in the country would be sitting in the dark now if not for meddling liberals.

Wages suck because unionism failed, but the Dems at least work with the unions. Pay would be deplorable without worker protections which Dems are the only ones to support.

Having money is good. GOP presidents always leave the economy in the shitter and we need someone like Obama to get the car our of the ditch. GOP drives the car into the ditch a lot because they believe they should only pay their friends with the massive amounts of money the government collects from everyone.

If we are to believe what we hear the govt helped fast track a covid vaccine that let things get back to normal. Nov and Dec 2020 we had no more room for bodies at the hospital, people would stay in their rooms dead until funeral people got them because the morgue was full of unclaimed bodies. Funeral cars were lining the curb of the hospital and we had weird zombie tents around the facility for all the overload. It was an actual disaster and that only changed with the vaccine. Now you can get your infusions again, have a stroke and get attention, etc.

Gas prices aren't based on liberals, lol, simple minds. Gas prices are high everywhere on earth. And it's because one of the the world's gas stations, which is a hobo with a knife as well, attacked Europe. But it's not just the United States so it isn't just domestic policy genius.

The good produced is...

- Rural power delivery
- Wage regulation dictated to unions
- They fix the rights budget blunders
- Understaffed hospitals were rescued by a vaccine they supported (and also advised businesses on the punishment for refusal)
- Fight Russia via sanctions vs Allow Domestic Oil Production

If my summary is inaccurate please correct me. And how did those things make your life better? Or life in general better?

Russia started a fight we are just defending western democracy against the Soviet gulag system. US is not to blame on this one, we have to react.

Hospital are understaffed because so many people quit Healthcare during the pandemic. Because it was actual hell. We didn't advise any businesses this is fiction. There was just no room anywhere in any hospital regardless of staffing. We have 16 County ICU beds no matter how many nurses social workers and doctors We have to run the place.

Can you rewrite the things I said without all your assumptions? Lol.

the local city council recently removed the cost for vendors to set up at the local farmer's market and we went from 5 vendors to 15 in just a months time.

Zero. Government makes things worse.

Government is the reason there is a cost to set up vendors.

We could completely abolish the police and schools would be as safe as they are now.
