Walmart & Target, Two very large businesses, have already reported their earnings have not reached expectations.

The last major recession in the united states was ~2008

I think this recession is going to be even worse than that one. What do you think?

The last major recession was two years ago.

The 2008 recession was comparably worse than during WW2.
In terms of magnitude this new recession is on that level.

I think we are going into a recession.
There was a global banking system collapse in 08' i don't think it will be that dramatic.
It's hard to tell the effects of 20 years of printing money however. So I could be wrong.

That doesn't invalidate my point.

Wrong, we have been in an intentional down trend since the fed started in 1913.
That is why a new car then was $500, now they are $50,000.
Removed the gold standard then stole the gold.
Our money has been worth nothing since the 70s and has been trading on it's once strong buying power ever since.
That power is almost gone now.
