Can someone tell me what it is? How is this rules based order and democracy™ measured?

Is it measured by how much gay sex you can have, how many minorities you can fit into a country and how much land can Israel further annex?

i think its a democrat word thats splashed around everywhere just so people will forget its supposed to be a republic. the end result is so no one knows WTF it is any more and thats the goal? :)

A constitutional republic is a state where the chief executive and representatives are elected, and the rules are set down in a written constitution.
