All women should be required to have at least one abortion prior to actual reproduction. That way they have to be really secure in their decision to reproduce, because it will require a murder first.

Parents who don't really want kids are the worst parents and have the worst outcomes for kids. So this is a sane and sensible policy and if you don't like it you just want more poor people to repreoduce and should be banned from intelligent discussion.
