Intentionally targeting Ukrainian children, using counterfeit currency (knowing that children put everything in their mouths and constantly touch their faces), to infect them with a highly resistant strain of tuberculosis is beyond my ability to reconcile. Highly recommend reading the below link entirely because the targeting of children is only 1 of many extremely evil acts coordinated and supported by the US, Germany, Poland, et al.
A lot of what the RU military is briefing on can be corroborated by watching interviews with Ukrainian citizens from over the past few years. For instance, an interview with an older Ukrainian who described seeing a drone in the sky spraying an unknown chemical into the air. We now know that the use of drones to spray pathogenic aerosol over targeted areas is true.

In his conclusion, the chief doctor of the Lugansk Republican TB Dispensary also notes that "...there are all signs of deliberate, man-made contamination of the flyers with highly pathogenic biomaterial...".
