No mention of the rights of the unborn, only born, so the right of an unborn fetus is not enumerated in the Constitution.

That’s still assault on the gut. It’s quite impossible to punch a fetus without also punching the owner of the fetus. And it is also assault on personal property.

For the Christians here on PaRD, you’ll also understand that the Bible is extremely clear that a fetus is to be treated as personal property and that independent life does not begin until first breath.
