This is one of a string of recent high profile BIE attacks, as classified by the FBI, after the Waukesha ramming attack by Darrell E. Brooks, the assassination attempt on Craig Greenberg by BLM activist Quintez Brown, and the jersey city shootings targeting jews at a deli and day school.
After the long pause since the end of the black panthers, there was only a resurgence of BIE terrorism around 2016, then a few years of lull, but post George Floyd it looks like we may be in for another wave.

Found this youtube video by him on Twitter titled April 12th from almost a year ago. Fast forward to 12:30 minute mark where he goes on some rant about whites. Too early to tell, but he was definitely harboring anti-white resentment.
