I see so many comments where if you simply replace white with black it becomes racist

Why are people so willingly to be racist against those seen as acceptable to be racist against? What makes it acceptable to be racist against people? I understand whites may have been racist to blacks in the past but it now seems like the table has turned and it’s now acceptable for (non whites) to be racist against white people
